Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our studio just outside of Austin, Texas.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship within 1–3 business days. From there, standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order heads out.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! You can select a faster shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.

What materials do you use?
We use genuine gemstones, gold vermeil, and select high-quality gold fill — no base metals, brass, or nickel. Each piece is thoughtfully made to last.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Nope! When cared for properly, your jewelry won’t tarnish or cause discoloration. We’ve included a few care tips here to help keep your pieces looking their best.

Do you accept returns?
Yes — as long as the piece is unworn and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You can read more about our return policy here.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we start preparing it quickly. If you need to make a change, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We package each piece with care, but if something arrives damaged, please get in touch right away so we can make it right.

Can I send a gift?
Absolutely. We don’t include pricing in the package, and all orders come wrapped and ready to give. If you’d like to include a gift note, just leave it in the notes at checkout and we’ll be sure to include it.

Do you make custom pieces?
At this time, we don’t offer fully custom work, but feel free to reach out! We’re happy to help find something that fits your vision.
